Key Responsibilities
- Develop client communication strategies
- Manage clients' internal communications including writing policies and procedures, training manuals and job descriptions
- Conduct research, as necessary, to meet and exceed client requirements
- Edit team members' communications
- Promote PKG's values throughout all communications
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years completed towards a degree in business, marketing, human resources, communications or literature
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience writing internal communications such as policy and procedure manuals, training guides and job descriptions
- All applicants should have excellent English language written and verbal communication skills; working knowledge of other languages is an advantage
