Marketing Consultant

We are currently hiring a marketing consultant. This consultant must reside in Vancouver, the Fraser Valley or the Lower Mainland, BC.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related;
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a marketing-related position;
- Experience developing marketing plans;
- Ability to strategize, plan and help put plans into action;
- Ability to think outside the box;
- Eager to make contacts/build relationships with the media;
- Able to meet with clients during the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm;
- Must have an excellent understanding of market research and stakeholder research (experience is a plus);
- Must have excellent communication skills (English), as this position requires a lot of business writing;
- Must have experience writing marketing content (or copy) for web and print, as this position may require you to write for marketing materials;
- Graphic design skills are not essential; but, if you have them this is a PLUS;
- Experience working with non-profit organizations as well as for-profit organizations;
- Eager to help businesses and non-profit organizations grow!
