Bike to Work Fraser Valley PKG Communications has coordinated the Bike to Work Week Fraser Valley program since 2008. Coordination includes regular website updates, community promotion, media promotion, media relations, event management, and more... DigiCoyote Software Inc. PKG Communications organized the sitemap and wrote the website content for the DigiCoyote Software Inc. corporate website. The Vancouver based web design company receives incisive feedback about the site on a regular basis. Since launching the site, DigiCoyote has reached numerous marketing goals and has unequivocally increased their sales. PKG Communications provides DigiCoyote Software Inc. with ongoing marketing communications. We have a wonderful relationship with the company; we work brilliantly together! University of Victoria Faculty of Business PKG Communications was sub-contracted through Vancouver-based DigiCoyote Software Inc. to write 55 pages of new website content and edit 400 pages of existing website content. The new website content helps ensure that the website functions as a primary marketing tool for reaching and informing prospective UVic Business students. Abbotsford in motion PKG Communications was hired to help Abbotsford in motion market a city-wide health initiative. As part of this contract, PKG Communications updated the organization's website calendar of events, and wrote several website articles and feature pages. Moreover, we went out into the community to directly promote the initiative, helped secure corporate sponsorship, wrote press releases newsletters and assisted with volunteer recruitment and organization. Sevenoaks Alliance Church PKG Communications assisted Sevenoaks Alliance Church with the website architecture (sitemap development), content creation, content editing, style guide, and transfer and set-up of site into the new Content Management System. PKG also assisted Sevenoaks with set-up of their shopping cart and is apart of the web committee that oversees continuous growth and development of the site. Room Essentials PKG Communications wrote the website content for this trendy furniture manufacturer. Room Essentials wanted their web copy to depict high style and modern design. PKG Communications also helped Room Essentials put together a print marketing piece and a sales package. "We love what you have done for us and the website. You have become invaluable to us" (Alex and Harvey Chesky, Room Essentials). Positively Green Clean PKG Communications helped this environmentally friendly cleaning company with strategic marketing, website navigation design, and wrote the website content and print marketing copy. Maverick Construction Maverick Construction provides clients throughout all of Western Canada with environmentally friendly land clearing solutions: shredding and mulching. Maverick hired PKG Communications to design the navigation, sitemap, and write the copy for the website. HyGuard Network Services The HyGuard website was written to inform high level executives and IT managers of the risks and threats associated with Internet usage in the workplace. This 75 page website was also a primary marketing tool for a new product: the NetiSafe Managed Service. National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health PKG Communications was subcontracted through DigiCoyote to write the Home and the About Us pages for the National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health. The Centre's website is an online reference for environmental health practitioners and policy makers in Canada. Downriver Administration PKG Communications helped a Hope, BC Herding Professional and creator of the All Breed Training Videos re-write her website content. The goals of the content re-write were to 1) rank high in search engines for keywords related to herding dog training videos and DVDs and 2) increase conversion rates (turn website visitors into paying customers). "Since re-writing my website content, the amount of emails that I receive from new website visitors has tripled!" (Lynn Leach, Owner, Downriver Administration) Captivating Designs PKG Communications was hired to write the website copy for the Captivating Designs' website. Captivating Designs specializes in creating customized birth announcements and photo greeting cards. The site's content is informative and persuasive. TotButtons PKG Communications was hired to write the website content for the TotButtons website, and the application's interface. TotButtons is the only baby-friendly software on the market that completely locks a computer's keyboard and mouse. Scuba Greece PKG Communications wrote the Scuba Greece website for a luxury yacht charter company in Greece. The goal of this site was to inform visitors of the underwater glories of Greece and to invite them to visit the parent site to inquire about chartered yachts. This project was sub-contracted through DigiCoyote Software Inc. Fitness Tie PKG Communications was hired to edit and enhance Fitness Tie's web copy. The website is still under construction as the company's anticipated launch is in February 2008. We look forward to working with Fitness Tie on other marketing initiatives in future. Coast Mountain Home Inspection PKG Communications helped Coast Mountain Home Inspection with their website navigation, layout and helped enhance their web copy to generate more sales. PLINC Marketing Inc. PKG Communications is titled sub-contracted copywriter for Fraser Valley's PLINC Marketing Inc. We help with writing and editing related marketing projects. Dr. Nima Rahmany PKG Communications helped Dr. Nima, renowned salsa dancer, motivational speaker and chiropractor, with search engine optimization and website advice. We've also written advertisements and press releases for this up and coming star. Gifford Electric Ltd. PKG developed the site architecture and sitemap, wrote the website content, and search engine optimized this site with a Google sitemap, implemented Google Analytics, and developed and implemented strategic meta data, and a linking strategy.
Trade ShowsBike to Work Fraser Valley DigiCoyote Successful Proposal Writing ProjectsVancouver International Airport Wildlife Control Program PKG Communications helped Downriver Administration write a proposal to apply for the management of an on-going wildlife control program with the Vancouver International Airport. Downriver Administration was awarded the contract. Ministry of Agriculture and Lands Web Conversion PKG Communications wrote the award winning proposal for the Ministry of Agriculture and Lands Website Conversion Project. DigiCoyote was awarded the contract! University of Victoria Faculty of Business Website Re-Design PKG Communications' proposal received the highest number of evaluation points, helping DigiCoyote Software Inc. secure the contract. National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health (NCCEH) Consulting Services and Web Design Our proposal helped DigiCoyote Software Inc. secure a contract with the NCCEH. The proposal was short-listed and DigiCoyote was awarded the contract. PKG Communications was also sub-contracted to write the content for the Home and About Us pages of the website. BC College of Teachers Graphical User Interface Redesign PKG Communications wrote the award winning proposal for the BC College of Teachers Website Graphical User Interface Redesign project. Vintage Management Corporation (VMC) Post Office Restoration Project PKG Communications helped the VMC to apply for building usage and donor funding with a professionally written proposal. VMC was granted building usage. Greater Vancouver Translink Authority On-going Service Contract PKG Communications provided DigiCoyote with a professionally written proposal to express interest in providing on-going services for the GVTA. DigiCoyote was short- listed out of 25+ proponent responses. And was appointed a qualified vendor. Arthritis Society Web Inventory Project PKG Communications put together a proposal for DigiCoyote Software that was awarded the highest number of evaluation points for the Arthritis Society Web Inventory Project. Columns and Articles for Newsletters Australian Cattle Dog Club of Canada (ACDCC) The Australian Cattle Dog Club of Canada (ACDCC) hired PKG Communications to write an article to entice cattle dog owners and breeders to attend the ACDCC National specialty held in Chilliwack, BC. PKG Communications wrote this article in a humorous, relaxed tone to match the event's witty logo and branding.
